The boys at my rink love their ACDC and Guns and roses. I can usually hear "Thunderstruck", "TNT" and "Welcome to the jungle" on any given day. In the girls locker room we don't have music, but I tend to listen in my car on the way there. Lots of different music works for me but my favorites are:

Criminal intent - Robyn
We run this - Missy Elliot
Explosive - Bond
Moondance - Nightwish
Over the hills and far away - Nightwish
Contradanza - Vanessa-Mae
Walk this way - Run DMC
the Dragonball Z theme (don't judge me!)

Not long ago I heard a 50+ year old man Singing Poker Face in the change room. I have to tell you it was counter motivational for me.

"Great Lakes State"
These would be my top pump-up tracks:
Sloan "Money City Maniacs"
Kanye West "Power"
Iggy Pop "Lust For Life"

However, I've changed my mindset in recent years and try to relax a little more; ease the tempo a little bit and not tap into my adreneline reserves so early:
Dire Straits "Sultans of Swing"
Joe Walsh "Rocky Mountain Way"
Tom Petty "Swingin'"

I do have a soft spot for System Of A Down "Chop Suey" since this was my team's intro song back when I was in high school

The Shark Tank
AC/DC - Big Gun
AC/DC - T.N.T. (the live 1970's edition was really what got me into it...the Oi's were stronger and powerful, vocals were loud and emotional).
AC/DC - Highway to Hell
Eminem - Sing for the Moment
