Why is 2008 Mets an option? They never had more than a 3.5 game division lead and they were passed by a Phillies team that went 13-3 in their last 16 games. If they went 5-20 or something in their last 25 games or something and lost a 6 or 7 game lead I would say they choked but that's not what happened.
