Sketches of Spain - Miles Davis (1960)

That is one amazing album but the story behind the song and how he came to make up his own version based off Rodrigo's Concierto de Aranjuez (1939).

Pink Moon - Nick Drake (1972)

Got to be in a certain mood to listen to his stuff but I love every single song he's ever done, extremely underrated because he died so young.

In Dreams - Roy Orbison (1963)

One of the Kings of music

My next oldest brother owned our household's collection of 1960s music (don't tell him I played them when he was away), so I omitted those albums & focused on my own popular music choices in the early to mid-1970s which one might describe as "eclectic" in their variety. Listed chronologically, and Top 10 based on the amount of vinyl wear & scratching ...

• Melanie - Gather Me (1971)
• Hawkwind - Space Ritual (1973)
• Maria Muldaur - Maria Muldaur (1973)
• Mike Oldfield - Tubular Bells (1973)
• Lynyrd Skynyrd - (Pronounced 'Lĕh-'nérd 'Skin-'nérd) (1973)
• Yes - Yessongs (1973) [triple album that I count as one - all equally worn & scratched]
• Linda Ronstadt - Heart Like a Wheel (1974)
• Nektar - Down to Earth (1974)
• Pavlov's Dog - Pampered Menial (1974)
• Heart - Dreamboat Annie (1976)
Melanie!!

Cyclone is one of all time favorite tunes!
