Josh McDaniels seems like top candidate but there's no way he'd take the job if he didn't think he could fix Bortles.

I just hope Bortles and Allen Robinson start getting their junktime scoring going, I have Bortles in two of my three leagues (and Robinson in one with Bortles)

His only time away from Brady/Bellicheck was an absolute disaster and he left Broncos in ruins

Until Shanahan fails as HC you cant discount him potentially getting job and working out

McDaniels had zero concept of building a winning culture/team here in Denver. Was just a X/O's stat and personnel guy. Burned so many bridges. I do think he learned his lesson though.
