What is with Wentz always trying to get off passes as he’s being taken down

I can't blame them too much for thinking they could get another serviceable year out of Eli. He's fallen off really fast.

Wentz can’t get out of his own way and they made him look like an elite QB on that drive

Unreal how on back to back plays NFL corners are staring at the QB in man to man coverage. That's high school shit.

No he isn’t. He’s just got a good team in front of him. He’s a gloried Jake Plummer. Very serviceable but unless he has a strong team he’s a slightly above average QB
Rofl, Jake Plummer? That is a new one.

He doesn't throw it beyond 5 yards so how can they?
Gallman dropped an easy catch, turned the wrong way on the next play, and then a tight end let a DB come over him to punch a ball out. Teams with as many issues as the Giants have can't make more for themselves this way.

Agreed, but they're going to wear him out fast if they don't get an offensive line built up around him within a couple years. You don't want to waste a guy like this with a garbage line.

High draft picks and free agency.

Uhh that's the opposite of what the Giants were thinking. They drafted Barkley so to provide Eli with more weapons.

I don't care why THEY drafted him. He looks like a generational talent and he looked more like a safer pick than any of the QB's. He'll be there for years. Even if they're bad for a year or 2, they'd be picking high enough to draft a QB.
