Texans over Colts: Homefield edge- HOU is more desperate IMO)
Bucs over Falcons (ATL's mini-run ends, my Upset of the Week)
Eagles over Seahawks: SEA has lived by the sword in close games. This week, I think they die by the sword. You can only get by for so long winning by the skin of your teeth.
Bills over Broncos- I think this is a hangover game for DEN after that collapse last week. Sometimes, when a team blows a big lead, it can affect them the next game.
Bears over Giants- NYG defense vs. CHI offense cancels out. But NYG offense vs. CHI defense does not.
Steelers over Bengals- I almost talked myself into picking an upset, but CIN's horrid home record vs. the Steelers is too scary to ignore (Only 5 home wins against PIT since 1991)
Browns over Dolphins- MIA is not playing a backup QB or the Jets.
Saints over Panthers- CAR is doing what they did last year- fading in the standings after Halloween.
Raiders over Jets- Jets looked good last week, but the Raiders are not the Redskins.
Lions over Redskins- Remember when DET could never win at Washington?
Jaguars over Titans- Tennessee got a lot of good fortune vs. KC that they won't find this week.
Patriots over Cowboys- As much as I am tempted to pick Dallas, my skepticism of NE's defense having played 1 good offense this year and losing, DAL's offense is the real deal...... the weather forecast (rain) seems favorable for the Pats. Plus, their mystique and aura seems to go up like 3 levels in bad weather home games.
49ers over Packers
Ravens over Rams
