The Browns are 86-181 since coming back in 1999 and have two winning seasons and one playoff appearance. The 76ers, meanwhile, have five winning seasons and nine playoff appearances in that span, including a trip to the NBA Finals. They're awful now, but they don't have the long-standing tradition, the heritage of losing that Cleveland has.

I honestly don't know how the people of Cleveland can stand it. The Browns should start including therapy sessions in their season ticket packages.
