I'd give Taylor Hall the C during the offseason. It's a not a demotion since there was no better option at the time but we can all see that it's Taylor's team.

i don’t believe that factors into how much he plays. it probably saves him from getting scratched, but him being scratched doesn’t help us either. he needs to be in our lineup, with his minutes cut nearly in half

1 bad bounce on the Calgary game, 0 help last night... I can't fault the goalie for that. A few weak goals, very similar to the amount cory would let in during a 6 game span... 3-3...

With the way we have been playing, goaltending is the least of our concerns (cory, kk, applebe)

I think Kinkaid is absolutely horrendous and don't know why some like to make excuses for him.

I hope Lack stands on his head tonight and gets a shutout(I'm not counting on it though.

I don't make excuses... if it's a weak goal I'll say it, if not, I'll tell you the goalies perspective of the shot and what went wrong. Everyone on here is too quick to blame both goalies for "weak" goals, which are simply not true.
There's a standard of weak goals:
7 hole goals (under the arms)
Short side
5-hole (to an extent, not all 5 hole goals are weak)
Most obvious, hits any part of your body, and goes in... (unless it's a play you had no chance on and made it close, ie a diving stop)
