he's certainly brought some fun into his calls.....but I don't think I want the NHL to market their officials.....what sport does that? Not sure people pay to see the officials, right?

Hockey in general needs more people in the sport that have character. Makes the sport more entertaining and marketable and ultimately increases its popularity. Just look at the NBA and NFL

Maybe what separates "hockey culture" is the sense of humor in the game?
