So f***ing pumped for this. It’s been way too long since we’ve seen playoff hockey, and living in Calgary I don’t get to see the games often as is. I think this is the best possible matchup for us and I think they can take it in 5 or 6 as long as they stick to their original game plan and play the way they usually do.

IIRC, the Preds' Lauzon just set a single season record for hits, and Luke Schenn is the all time NHL hits leader, no?

Nashville were heading toward missing the playoffs at 27-25-2 when they dropped a 16-0-2 before finishing 4-5-1.

We're theoretically better pretty much across the board but they're obviously capable of getting hot and playing well.

Lauzon is going to be a handful. Wouldn’t surprise me if he finished with 50-70 hits this series.

He was a guy I wanted as cheap filler, but Juulsen has been just as good (IMHO)

Key to this series will be EP matching Forsberg, in my opinion. If we can't get within the Filip Forsberg stratosphere of player out of him, the Canucks are going to have a much harder time in this series.
