For once I agree with his doom meme that he's been doing since year 1. Vegas doesn't have the motivation. All credit to Dallas for working harder, but this Vegas team can play better when they want to but they are consistently getting outworked and outhustled. No urgency in these guys. Way different vibe from last year. Cassidy's systems still look like they're there but the players aren't executing at a high enough level and don't seem to want to.
