Mind games by Bednar. Told them to get blown out to give the Jets a false sense of achievement. What happened to the Jets team that was blowing out the Avs 7-0?

In fairness it mostly seems like oilers fans (and I assume ref Louis fans) blaming the refs….theres like one jets fanbase doing itRantanen and Mittlstad's penalties were both super soft and Jet fans still blaming the refs.
There were stuff not called both ways.
The difference is the Avs are an experienced playoff team, they know what you can get away with and what you can’t. Bednar also preaches playing a clean game after they’re up on penalties.
And getting outplayed generally results taking more penalties because players can’t keep up.
BUT THE JETS FANS HAD ALL WHITE JERSEYS AND FINALLY FILLED THEIR ARENA!Denver isn't a big market. Pat McAfee was wearing a Winnipeg jersey on his show and he can't find Denver on a map.
Solid troll effort though. Respect.
Not a fan of either team but I remember 2 or 3 seasons ago when Av's fans were just was whiny about calls against them.
Yeah, if you go to the Avs board we could be winning a series 3-0 but down in the 4th game 1-0 and everyone would be expecting a reverse sweep. We grew up and started hating our team instead.
Hope he’s alright. But yeah, take the L. Jets were looking for scrums on anyone they could hitImagine just taking the L and getting the f*** off the ice. You’d be suiting up on Sunday.

Hopefully that's just stitches, f***ing brutal
The good thing is, that with cut likes these, modern medicen can usually fix even pretty extreme stuff. This is on the light side, when you think about some other occupational injuries.I had a coworker slice his hand open with a reciprocating saw slipping. Doctor said it was the like a surgical cut and he missed anything important. He was still out of commission for a few months. Hopefully Dillon didn't hit anything important like a tendon.
what i saw tonight was absolute garbage. the avalanche run interference plays all over the ice. they hit players who don't have the puck, and constantly take cheap shots. for them, the refs look the other way. the jets did not get the same consideration. this is
100%. He started going after people. Saying that. No one should get an injury like that. But had they just gone to the locker room nothing would have happened. Jets were trying to much it up the last 20 seconds.Shit like that happens when you start a big chaotic melee, which was what Dillon was out there to do

Trip and a double minor high stick? Seems pretty cut and dry calls no?I'm not in Camp Blame the Refs but 1 of those was an EN and 2 were on the PP. If you don't want to blame the refs, that's fine, but 2 of the 4 scored before the EN were off of ref calls.
Depends what is cut, on the inside. I wouldnt expect him back in the lineup this series anywayThe good thing is, that with cut likes these, modern medicen can usually fix even pretty extreme stuff. This is on the light side, when you think about some other occupational injuries.
Avs are simply good, it is nothing against the Jets, but they seriously cannot skate with Colorado. Always behind the play and their depth defence is getting hammered. What happened to the Jets team that was blowing out the Avs 7-0?
I mean sure, but he might be able to fully recover the use of his hand and play hockey at this level. That's the important thing here.Depends what is cut, on the inside. I wouldnt expect him back in the lineup this series anyway
