Doughty barely touched him anyways I was actually surprised in the replay almost looks like Doughty tried to avoid the contact and Skinner was already falling back because the puck went through him so they barely made contact.

I get the non challenge but I dunno how Doughty gets a pass on a tap on his hands preventing him from stopping and avoiding the goaltender.

He wasn't pushed into the goaltender and in my opinion he wasn't hooked enough to constitute as being forced in.

Should have been a penalty and a goal but meh. Is what it is.
