I understand the roster changes for todays game. Burra has been doing well on the second line producing points and maybe he can get Raymond going. But, in my mind JEE is the perfect linemate for him. He just needs a nudge. Also hoping to see more from Kempe today. Sepparating Hedman and EK is also logical. We get hemmed in many times when neither of Hedman or EK is on the ice. Now we have either of EK, Hedman, Dahlin or Brodin on the ice nearly all game. But, damn, EK - Hedman are so dominant in ES together. Just love to see it.

Congrats to the gold medal guys. Believe you will meet the Swiss in the final. Could also be the US or Canada.

I mean guys like Zetterlund is looking really good and let's not mention your guys best players. Very good team.

Sweden is going to crash out in the QF. They always do when they've played well in the RR and come in as favourites.

Could Zetterlund play himself onto the 4 nations team? I wouldn't mind him in the 4th line in an energy role
We dont need a energy line when we can have 4 scoring lines

I have him on mine
Forsberg - Zibanejad - Nyquist
Bratt - Pettersson - Nylander
Kempe - W Karlsson - Raymond
Lindholm - Eriksson Ek - Arvidsson

Who does he kick out? There is also Eklund, Höglander, Leo and possibly Landeskog

Out with Nyquist, and move Lindholm to wing in the top-9. Slider Zetterlund in on the 4th line.

Well, I don't think Zetterlund is a lock by any means. But with his willingness ans performance in the national team, he deserves to be in the conversation.

I think we should reward players who show up and don't have phantom injuries when the NT calls

Only forwards who have a chance at the 4NT imo:

(Elias P and Filip can switch if you're allergic to too many righthanded on the same line. I chose Leo Carlsson every day of the week over Zetterlund. But Arvy might be one light player too many. Enter Zetterlund.)

(Ra's choices)

Filip Forsberg
- Mika Zibanejad - William Nylander
Elias Pettersson
- William Karlsson - Elias Lindholm
Adrian Kempe
- Mikael Backlund - Jesper Bratt
Fabian Zetterlund - Joel Eriksson Ek - Lucas Raymond
Viktor Arvidsson
- Nicklas Bäckström - Leo Carlsson
Marcus Johansson - Gustav Nyquist - Rickard Rakell
André Burakovsky - Alexander Wennberg - Jesper Fast

Very good two way player! And with super speedy Kempe (A-a-a-d-r-i-a-a-a-n!) and Bratt he is the perfect third line player with defensive assignments.

My steak (right now, brunch) is well done!

You're not missing anything. He's been talking about ending the career in Brynäs which means at least Nicklas is hopeful.

Also, Bäckis has always been slow on the skates but managing anyway. So he's not becoming much worse with age.

But anyway, not on my team. Hip is problematic to say the least. Just not ready to be forgotten, though.

This team was so bad until the Sedins joined and totally changed the fate of team. Loui also had such good chemistry he was later signed in Vancouver to try to replicate it. Lets just say it didn't work out

The suspension to Edler was also from him running over Eric Staal if I remember correctly. Staal was never the same

His knee got f’d. Like five minutes in to Edlers second game. Don’t know if he was never the same I couldn’t really support it with the rehab time or his stats. I mean there was a decline but it had begun before that.
