Sheehan mentioned on his podcast on Monday one of the WR's, I think it was Doctson, had more plays than Reed on Sunday. The Skins are afraid Reed will break. No one should be surprised at this point at his limited use.

This is shocking. Just terrible news. He was the best Redskins writer out there, bar none. Can't remember a time rooting for this team that I didn't go to RT to read his thoughts and analysis.

I guess I shouldn't be surprised we're not the only ones who noticed. And I don't see him rounding into form like Romo did after a few jittery initial outings. He doesn't have it. He isn't a particularly good football mind, nor is he a great speaker. Was there an audition that didn't consist of some Dallas fan at ESPN throwing him post routes?

Or, he is still slowly working his way back from injury, and they are being super precautious. Or, he is injured, or, they are managing his touches to try to make him last the entire year.
He does not look to be at 100% full health - he just seems off to me - not as dynamic after the catch, no explosion on his breaks....
