Does anyone know the differences between the AK27, Mac Daddy, and Dolomite shafts? I'm thinking of getting one....and for those that do have one how do they perform?

Don't believe there is a Mac Daddy shaft....but there are the AK27 and Dolo shafts. They are the same thing, just one is tapered and one is standard. I haven't used one, but seems lotta people who switched love them. They used to be Innovative so you might wanna try searching under that too for info.

The Dolomite is the former Innovative 1100.
I believe the AK27 is the former Innovative Commander (Kovalevs signature stick).
Although there isn't a Mac Daddy shaft, the Mac Daddy stick itself is the former Innovative True 1.

As sc37 mentioned, Dolomite is tapered, AK27 isn't.

There aren't many stores that still have Innovative details on their websites, but I found this one that does if you want a little more info on them.

I've been using one of the Novius shafts for just over a year now, still going strong. Love it. Not tried and Warrior products yet though but I've heard positive comments from a number of people.

If you want further opinions, try going to ModSquadHockey and searching through some of the old topics. Should be plenty of information for you there.
