Walker is an interesting player. That's one guy I'd want my pro scouts to have a long look at. When I've watched him I've been impressed. But I haven't watched him a lot. Man the Kings have given up a lot of good players for nothing.

I don't think the Preds would trade Carrier. He's not really all that great, and shouldn't be "worth" more than a 2nd. But at the same time, he's a lot better than Schenn or Barrie, and the Preds still need him to play significant minutes on RD. So if a 2nd is his realistic value, then he's worth a premium above that as an own-rental to a Preds team that is trying to hold onto a playoff position. You'd have to overpay to get him, bump it up to a 1st, and he's simply not a good enough player that any team should be willing to pay that. I doubt very much Carrier will be moved at the TDL.
