I'm surprised this guy didn't have a thread, but he's been recalled to the NHL.

I usually don't think these college free agent signings mean much, but this guy has done pretty well. He almost made the team out of camp, but was one of the last cuts. He's been good in Hartford. He's a good skater with a good shot with some skill and grit. He also is a right shot, which should help our PP, as our second unit has no right-shots.

I really like the kid, he could be a really solid player. I didn’t expect much out of him when we originally signed him but he was great in preseason.
