Negative Spin: They could be doing test runs (this could have even been recorded last week), based on expected names, BEFORE the leafs made that last minute trade and before all the lists were submitted.

Positive Spin: They are probably pre-recording the fish-tossing picks, because that's not something you want to do live, so this might well be them recording their actual picks already.

I think you're right. This is most likely the actual filming of Kerfoot pick. No way they are doing fish tossing live.

I could see it being a situation we're the picks there confident in taking right this second there recording, say kerfoot and Drieger (probably like 50%) and the balance will be announced at the event

They could have multiple takes for each team and players, and this one was leaked. A lot of damage control though from different NHL insiders to not believe this... I wonder why? (We all know why)

This seems pretty legit though and makes a lot of sense with the rumours last week they wanted Kerfoot.
