Two NHL rookies netted their first career goals on Tuesday night, while another newcomer scored one on the weekend that had been previously overlooked. The Boston Bruins’ Seth Griffith and the Winnipeg Jets’ Adam Lowry each registered their first NHL goal on Tuesday while the St. Louis Blues‘ Jori Lehtera netted his in a Saturday win.
Griffith managed to stick with the Bruins to start the 2014-15 season, and finally started paying dividends in the Bruins 5-3 win over the San Jose Sharks.… read more
