It was just a matter of when, not if, but Tampa Bay Lightning rookie forward Jonathan Drouin notched his first NHL goal in his third NHL game, a 4-2 win over the Winnipeg Jets.
Drouin took a pass from Nikita Kucherov and snapped home a shot from the left face-off circle to make the score 2-0 in favor of the Lightning. Drouin also assisted on the first goal of the game with a goalmouth pass to Steven Stamkos, making it a two-point night for the former QMJHL star.… read more
