I actually don't like Troll 2, although the main villain lady was by far the best part.

The Room is great for this. Jon Voight in Anaconda is a nice example as well. Basically any Nicholas Cage movie in the past 25 years.

I would have put Adam Sandler in there except he seems to have graduated to OK recently.
