I called out Slavin last game saying he ain't look right, neither is Pesce. They look a step behind the play this season, where last year they were always a step ahead. They haven't been god awful, but they haven't been playing great like they did last year.

I am honestly more concerned about Pesce/Slavin's offensive productivity at this point than their defensive play. which is weird to say given the kind of players they are.

I just figured if the populated areas and Tuscaloosa and Auburn voted Jones, Jones would win. They did, and well we have the result we have.

Alabama does have some cool spots for those who have never been. Mobile is the Charleston of that state.

That sequence was just scary. You'd have individual guys making good plays, but the second player would just get swarmed by Vegas and cough it up. We desperately needed fresh legs.

Yeah, the door was pretty entertaining. Messeshmet (that spelling is nowhere close, is it?) was the extra guy in the box who was supposed to come out, and he was going nuclear. Screaming at the door guy, the linesmen and refs. They just shrugged him off, because they did all they can do by blowing it dead. Also trying to climb through a door that was basically just cracked open- yeah, the video was pretty good.
