Hopefully Pod gets in for the home opener. I think the crowd will explode if he scores in this one!

Canucks open up a seven-game homestand against the Wild. A chance to put some daylight between themselves and some of the other Pacific Division teams who are struggling right now. Vegas has been decimated with injuries, and currently only have one win on the season.

The Wild are coming off a bad loss in Nashville, in which their coach Dean Evason chewed them out on the bench. They'll be looking for some redemption in VanCity.

Hopefully Hoglander can get off the schneid......he's done everything but score while bouncing from line to line.

I just want a good solid win where we arent badly outchanced and the shot heat map isnt fire red right infront of demko.

Also travis to get booed during the intro thing.

Really hope Sutter and Motte return soon. The bottom six and PK needs them.
Seriously. If the guys can't even play why pencil them in for a roster spot? I know these guys play the most PK minutes, but damn it bring back Jay Beagle to patrol the 4th line if Sutter can't do it.

Good to hear that Hamonic will be back shortly....Will be interesting to see how the D looks....( the way that Benning designed it)..

OEL...Myers
Hughes...Hamonic
Rathbone...Poolman
Burroughs.

I was tempted to pull Myers off that OEL pairing, but I think he's playing well there.

So Podkolzin is back, but on the 4th line with former 1st liner/1st PP Chiasson and Dowling.

Greens line blender has really gotten old.

Im honestly not sure if a rusty Hamonic is better than Burroughs
