I thought Lammikko looked low-event in a good way in his first game and limited in a bad way in his second. Still forming an opinion.

so 17 games in how is juulsen looking as a baby canuck?

According to posters in the Abbotsford thread he's been playing well of late. Still, I don't see how he's an upgrade over Hamonic, Poolman or Schenn but he's relatively young and is cheap.

He's a serviceable #4-5 defensive type at the AHL level. Zero transition skills, not a great skater. Pretty fundamentally sound, but zero NHL potential.

Devante Stephens (same age) is to me a slightly better RHD prospect on Abbotsford.

Stephens is LHD, but yeah we have a lot of prospects that can be signed in free agency. Even Brisebois, Woo aren't much at this point other than bottom pairing D.

Overseas is where our best D prospects are. Should bring them all here and move the current defencemen out.
