I’m saying Minnesota.
I like the Vegas idea, but the idea of the WJC in December/January in the desert doesn’t seem right. It’s not close to a Canadian border either. Some Canadians might make the trip, but it’s probably going to be a lot less than would make a trip to direct border.
Minnesota deserves its chance to host. State of hockey in the USA and all that.
Seattle seems like another where the attendance wouldn’t be that bad, but it’s such a not traditional hockey market. I think it’d be a slap in the face to Minnesota. Has there ever been a World Junior player from Washington state?
