You have to always keep in mind that the Cowboys are a ''public'' team, they draw huge amount of gambling interest in their games. Vegas' goal is setting a line that will profit them the most ultimately.

Cowboys have won in Minny in each of the last 2 seasons. I think that is a factor in the line being what it is. Throw in the fact they are coming off an awful loss and will be eager to rebound, while Minnesota pulled off a semi-miracle in BUF and may be due for a letdown.
