spent plenty of nights watching him and Paul Rimstead getting blotto at Gilmore's Roadhouse, those guys could really put it back. Fondly remember playing rounds at his golf course way back when.
I met him when I was in school. I am dyslexic and he was a huge advocate for literacy. Meeting him really did inspire me to keep on going through the hard times.
R.I.P. Eddie! You've touched and influenced countless lives in the most positive ways.
I never had a chance to watch him play, my only memory of him is from those Pop Shoppe commercials. Any person who likes to make others laugh is okay by me. From what I hear he was quite the joker with his team mates
Rip.
I remember the Pop Shoppe well. Back in the day there was one at North York Sheridan Mall. Can’t remember if it was late seventies or early eighties.
