I wrote an article explaining why I think that this next season will be the defining season in Alexander Burmistrov's. Years from now he will look back and this will be the season that set his direction.

Nice, but I don't personally see much chance that Burmi plays 2C and moves Scheifele to the RW.

I don't see Burmi passing Scheifele on the depth chart at C, and I also don't think Scheifele's game would be as strong on the wing.

Nice article, I think Burmi will likely be on the 3rd line wing, with Lowry likely the centre. He could potentially play alongside Ladd-Little if that works.

Don’t be surprised if later in the season they move Mark Scheifele to the right wing to allow Burmistrov to be the second line center.

I would be shocked. Not going to say never, but I'll file this one under "Probably not going to happen."

Burmi will most likely start the year at 3LW, centered by Lowry. One of our prospects will most likely slot into 3RW

Assuming that the move will be because of how Burmi is playing and not Schiefele playing terrible.... It would be really, really good if that happens.

Like we would be Stanley Cup contenders if Burmi played that good.
