TV: Unofficial song about the Simpsons' characters?

In the late 90s or early noughties I constantly listened to a song which had like all the simpsons characters in it.

I can't find it anywhere!

The only lines I remember is something about Skinner and Agnes being a perfect Bates Motel and that Marge is a tv mom whose hair is large. Considering the Marge line was in s8 the song must be after that.

Has anyone else heard this song and know the artist?

I know Weird Al did a "Jack and Diane" spoof called "Homer and Marge" some time ago. It didn't mention too many other Simpsons characters though.
