According to Chris Maathuis on twitter here's some information:

Signed Saturday. 4 billion
Fertitta brothers and Dana still own a bit, minority shares
Dana will remain on as president, Lorenzo off as CEO
WME-IMG, Silver Lake, KKR and MSD capital purchased the UFC
Largest sports sale in history.

So they cash out, but stay as minority owners, and Dana as President. So basically they made a **** ton of money while essentially becoming puppet masters for the new group.

Dana got a sick ****in deal here. Cashed out big time, still has shares and will making a big salary as the pres. Not a bad deal for him at all.
