Prime Conor is probably my favorite fighter, but present Conor is washed up IMO. He has to get a big win first before he can get Gaethje. He should stick with Chandler, he probably has his hands full with that match alone.

One of the best nights in terms of finishes in awhile I think.

I'm still in a bit of shock seeing Gaethje put out Poirier like that.

My parlay got absolutely abolished.

Also, Justin may be the most talented chaotic fighter we’ve ever seen. He was way more relaxed this fight, but god damn is he good.

Tony fans still out there like “prime Tony would have beat Khabib”

No dude, he would have got 10-8 across the board or just flat out stopped.

Pretty terrible take after one guys been retired for years and the other is 39 and on a losing streak. Considering they were originally supposed to fight 8 years ago, well before all Tony had his knee blown out and his personal life did a backflip into oncoming traffic.

Do I think Tony would have won that fight 8 years ago (or even 4 years ago)? No. Do I think it's silly to make a comment about scorecards of a hypothetical fight based on a performance at one fighters lowest point, and after the other fighter left the sport? Yes.
