nah not true,while they dont have the most recent draftees i just recently checked for my rangers and they had kondratiev done,who they didnt have done a few months ago,but they still are lacking a lot of players.

They steal them from the CBC site (forecaster), except the CBC site actually has a lot more prospects in their database than TSN.
