My drive home from work was incredibly flooded and slow. Took my four hours to get home from Rockville Centre to Monmouth County via the BQE/Staten Island

Notice I didn't distinguish between 'flooded with idiots' or 'flooded with water'...

No but seriously, it was a lot of on/off with the torrential downpour, and a lot of my commute today was flooded.

This thing is supposed to come right on top of us in Boston and we've already had 5 inches of rain so far in July.

I expect some trees to come down even if our winds only gust to 40mph.

They have already cancelled the ferries from Cape Cod to Nantucket/Martha's Vineyard.

The wind yesterday was insane. I took the dogs out to the back yard and I could barely walk inside after the wind started. And it kind of came out of nowhere, frankly.

Our recycling bin ended up 6 blocks away and around the corner on a main street. Lol.
