Bruce Allen and Washington likely screwed this up badly, like they did with most things. Maybe some team will still pay a premium but they probably could've gotten a lot more last offseason or during the season.

Bruce Allen screwed things up. Ron Rivera tried to right the situation, but in the end, everything came down to money with Trent Williams and then he tried to hold Rivera hostage from a previous regime's ineptitude. Rivera isn't having any of it. If anything, kudos to Ron for not letting the situation linger and being prepared to move on.
