This could get real ugly for the Redskins and NFL. Concussion cover ups are already bad enough.

Anything outside of regular football injuries like broken bones, torn ligaments, muscle strains should be directed to specialists for an expert diagnosis.

6. Whole. Years.

What a disgrace of an organization. Williams is lucky it didn't get to the point where it was terminal/more serious.

Even the most basic of people could figure out a lump that doesn't go away after a week or two should probably warrant further investigation. Yet these clowns let it go for 6 years.

Please let the NFL come down on that scumbag Snyder or some other health and safety org.

Agree that Washington should have taken this more seriously. If this is something outside your realm of expertise, send him to an expert. Better to tell him, we are not 100% sure what this is. Best to see an expert.

But, Trent Williams has to take some responsiblity over his health here. A lump isn't a football injury like a bad knee or shoulder.

Get that checked out by your personal doctor.

Why would he want to play for probably the most incompetent franchise in American sporrs after feeling they missed cancer? Sit out.

Trent had no blame at Snyder though Snyder was one of the few figures he praised

I dunno. What are the team doctors really? Do they do regular physicals? Do they basically replace a personal doctor for these athletes? I don't know, but perhaps that's what they do.

...and now Williams doesn't want the investigation to commence. There's something that really isn't on the level here. Maybe the league should investigate to get to the bottom of this. Someone isn't being straight forward here.....
