Is there a "draft pick" trading time frame as to when they can be moved?
Also, is there a "player" trading time frame as to when they can be moved?

I believe, just based on precedent, that the draft pick-only trading period is Apr. 3-7 and the trade freeze for players lifts June 1st. I haven't been able to corroborate that, though. You might try asking some of the better-connected beat reporters on Twitter.

Last year the trade freeze for players was lifted on June 1st - Freeze back on July 1st and then lifted again on August 1st ( non-reporting 1st round picks can't be moved until training camps open) - so I would assume ( big word) that it will be close to the same this year.
