Slightly off topic - when can teams start to trade again? Draft day?

They can still make trades however they arent allowed to join the roster till next season. Normally its pretty rare until the season is done and after the playoffs are done out of respect for the tournament.

I believe they can play the rest of the season, they just can't play during the playoffs.
