Thought it would be a fun competition with less than a week to go. I'll put up 15 players and a bonus tie break question and poster who gets most players wth correct destinations after the trade deadline wins.

Ok, the players:

Juri Hudler NYI
Radim Vrbata Florida
Eric Staal. NYR
Mikkel Bodker. Tampa
Shane Doan Arizona
Andrew Ladd. Florida
Keith Yandle Detroit
Jonathan Drouin. Arizona
Loui Erikson. Anaheim
PA Parenteau. Tampa
Brad Boyes Toronto
Dale Weise. Chicago
Justin Schultz Dallas
Kris Versteeg. Pittsburgh
Teddy Purcell St. Louis

Bonus question tiebreak: exact amount of trades that go down on deadline day ONLY = 27

Thanks for the fun!

They're ****ing idiots if they trade McIlrath to Winnipeg for anything other than Schieffle, Ehlers, Trouba, or Wheeler coming back.

Please go beat some sense into AV because he's throwing away a top-4 defenseman who can provide something we've been pining for a while. This franchise loves trading pieces that they have and then trying to replace that same type of player who isn't as good :shakehead

I'd take trouba in a heartbeat

Oilers boards talking about Eberle coming to New York?

I've always been an Eberle homer, and I'd still take him easily if the Rangers weren't overpaying. Solves a top-6 forward problem. Versatile player.

Huge trade deadline coming up for Gorton.

The Rangers are capable of beating any team in the league, but they do have a few holes.

Pick up a gritty 3rd or 4th liner who can kill penalties and put Nash on LTIR and get Eric Staal.

As well as set the time Machine to 2006. Why would the Rangers want to move the limited assets we have to the current Eric Staal? He's been a shell of his former self for quite sometime, and his play inst just a "needs a change of scenery" scenario.

If the Rangers were to choose putting Nash on the LTIR, they would need to focus all their efforts on special teams. The ES play is already fairly solid.
