That's not a great trend for a guy with a "scoring touch"

I agree as a leafs fan. Tired of the dramaSounds like Marner could singlehandedly close the Leafs' window right before it opens. If I were the Leafs I'd be looking into a hockey trade shipping Marner out. Get the defenceman they need, a top scoring forward(a level below Marner), keep Kapanen, Johnsson, Brown, Kadri, etc., and remove the distraction.
Not a Leafs fan, but anybody believing that Tavares was a bad thing for Toronto is not thinking clearly. The Leafs are a much worse team without JT, his free agent deal isn't the issue in Toronto. I'd take him and that deal on my team anytime.this is the part where big money dubas gets to eat crow for mortgaging off his teams future for JT. Lol
His ATOI has only gone downIts pretty realistic. Hes a cost controlled young player with a bit of a scoring touch and excellent PK abilities. Its not worth moving him for less.
Agreed. It’s the Marleau (thanks Lou), Zaitzev contracts that are hurting them right nowNot a Leafs fan, but anybody believing that Tavares was a bad thing for Toronto is not thinking clearly. Did anyone else let out a big sigh after they read the thread title? You're making this too easy Friedman.
If the Leafs could get a 2nd for Brown, he wouldn't be a Leaf right now.Its pretty realistic. Hes a cost controlled young player with a bit of a scoring touch and excellent PK abilities. Its not worth moving him for less.
All the way from Edmonton? I doubt it. Things are not that bad for the Oilers and they are better for the Leafs.you can smell the desperation
What a nonsense post.If the Leafs could get a 2nd for Brown, he wouldn't be a Leaf right now.
Yeah, of course he'd be willing to part with him for a 2nd, he scored 8 goals last year. Good luck finding a team that would pay that. He's going on 26 years old and has broken 30 points once.No clearly it says he is willing to move Brown for a second.
Smellss like someone still obsessing everything leafs. Lolyou can smell the desperation
