Without knowing the return... I'd guess that it's going to be Toronto's 1st this year; but something a bit more complicated where they get Florida's 2nd back.

Kraken get to "save face" in getting a 1st rounder for him.... Toronto keeps the same # of limited picks they have this year. Leafs still have ammunition to go shopping further. Kraken have other available pieces that can get them 2nd / 3rds.
