i was exacly going to say that since bernier turns UFA and if you want to protect gibson you need an other contract but i guess tok got extended

I believe he's an upcoming FA. Cap hit can be buried in minors.

Tokarski got hurt recently. Maybe his injury is more serious than they initially thought.

Obviously an AHL move. It's a 7th in 2018 so if it helps SD; I'm all for it.

He is a UFA in the summer so that's not possible...I'm guessing Anaheim didn't think much about their goalies in the minors until recently so they decided to make the swap.
