    These are the total wins, losses and ties for each country against other top seven countries in the '96 World Cup, '98 Olympics and '02 Olympics.

    Sweden 5-3-0 = 1.25 p/g
    USA 8-5-1 = 1.21
    Canada 8-6-1 = 1.13
    Russia 6-6-1 = 1
    The Czech Republic 4-5-1 = 0.9
    Finland 4-7-0 = 0.73
    Slovakia 0-3-0 = 0

    Germany is 1-5-0 against top 7.

    Sweden has cleared the beginning well but then failed. No finals for them in those three tournaments.
