I fully expect us to get a top pick #3 at 0.727 odds. I'd be pleasantly surprised with 1 or 2 and okay with 3+anything. I'll be uber disappointed with 4+5 or lower.

Raymond for me. He's being underrated because he only plays 8-9 minutes a night in one of the best leagues in the world.

top 3 pick odds are 63% apparently
Hmm i'm confused now, with multiple sources having different numbers. This vs Tankathon for ex.

but this adds up to 62.2% of picking top 3 without include our odds at 1-3+6

Saw several other posts here with similar numbers.

Yeah, was going based on Tankathon, but I guess these break downs may have more validity to them. Even at 62 percent, i'd be a little upset at less than 3OA based on favourable odds.

Realizing we can't get (1-3)+6 because other teams have to win 1-3 for us to drop to 6.

It makes no sense that "both picks fall" = 54.2%

I understand what was the point behind the changes they made a few years ago but it shouldn't be 54.2% vs 10.2% (both pick stay in top-3)

This is a bit ridiculous

I agree that the lottery odds are not conducive for the bad teams to win it like it should be. But at 54% chance of falling that could also mean we fall to picks 3 and 4.

Yeah that would be misleading because 3 and 4 doesn't mean both picks dropped as we'd have #2 and #3 by standings, so basically it could be just the #2 falling back 2 spots

Great chart. I love the scenarios sections. To expand on it do we know the % chance of two top 4 picks? Two top 5 picks?

I think that would be interesting to see
They give you the odds for each combination, so you can just add them up.

Two top 5 is anything but 5 and 6 so 84.8%
Two top 4 is 34.3%
