Bouch>Broberg>Samorukov IMO, but it's close between the 3. Bouchard is the one who has shown that his best skillsets (passing and PP QB) can translate to the pro level.

Samorukov had a good showing as well the season before last in the AHL (short sample) and I think his game has progressed a lot over the past two years. Sammy and Broberg both had great international showings, while Bouchard had a mixed showing on that stage. I agree with that ranking though for the top 3.
