Although an argument can be made about getting out from under one of two large and therefore structurally onerous, harder to move cap hits, and to recoup assets now rather than later, in totality of circumstances, Toews stays now and for short term future.

Sabes should pay for Zib instead, not cheap but highly productive, nice term and great $, half of Toews, ballpark.
