Let him focus on winning Norris trophies and helping the Habs win the cup by letting PK be PK.

Tinordi bleeds leadership. His teammates from London are still giving him praise about it, he's a hearth and soul type player who will always be there for his teammates.

I know it's a lot of pressure for a 21 year old kid, but his development in his sophmore season is key on going from a good D squad to a great one IMO. If all of a sudden the Habs get a realiable 6'6 defensmen that hits and fights, well that's a whole new dimension that we didn't have since Mike Komisarek left for Toronto.
