Well that road trip is over.

Let's all sit back and take a deep breath.

Habs are home, get some practice time in with Mr. V, on the wing
Fans we need to regroup and the team as well , and focus
the leafs are coming up the pipe, and we need to bare down, nail the door shut, to stop the bleeding.

MT will work the drills this week, and Mr. V will be better, time is of the essence, so each player in the room needs to get on the bus , and work like dogs.

1st thing , find a line in practice that Mr V is comfortable on, and stick to it.

I say he should play with Alex G, on a line , your thoughts fine posters?

I don't see any need to panic.

other than Goaltending, I'm not too concerned about the rest.

The game in SJ it was obvious that some guys had an empty tank, 7 games in 11 days is tough, much harder when you include a lot of travel, and for some of the top players, coming right over from Europe with like 1-2 days ro recuperate.

1 game in 6 days is just what the doctor ordered.

Hopefully at worse, Price is back next Saturday.

When he does get a chance to move there during a game,he seems
more effective. And as to him scoring a lot now, some of those have
certainly come from the right side. But mostly he seems to enjoy it,
and play a more aggressive game on the right side of the ice, regardless
of where he originally lined up.

They were on a 7-2-2 run before the last 2 games of the trip, if anybody is panicking then they don't understand NHL hockey.

Toronto runs hot and cold depending on goaltending and the Kessel-JVR duo. Hopefully they go back cold soon...one way or another the Western trip will be hard on them.
