I need to move my #1 defenseman on my fantasy team. I doubt I'll be successful this year and previous gm left me 18 Mil over the salary cap so need to make some changes.

Jacob Markstrom (also fills a need since I need a backup goaltender)

Ilya Sorokin
Adam Lowry

Both trades have Niklas Kronwall going the other way. Is the value there with either of these? Starting goalies and #1 dmen I have trouble valuing

Sorry should have mentioned it's a sim league not a pool. In my league he's signed for $9/mil a year for 1 more year, which is about right for where he's rated. Free agency just started so some gm's aren't interested in giving up assets for anybody right now.
