I do think we're in one of the high points of league strength now, though I do think the 1991-1994 time period was still higher.

I could be convinced that I'm a little too hard on the early 90's...

I kind of wonder if anyone has a thought that there's a difference between 1987 to 1990 vs 1991 to 1994 in terms of league quality...

There are few Canadian top names born 57-60, so presumably they would have been replaced even more by 91. But 30 was old back then anyways so should apply some to 87 as well.
